Adventures with Raptors – Birds of Prey

Adventures with Raptors – Birds of Prey

We are thrilled to announce the return of our distinctive two-hour program Adventures with Raptors featuring a diverse array of Birds of Prey. This educational and awe-inspiring experience provides guests with an unparalleled opportunity to encounter, photograph and learn about birds of prey from around the world.

Visitors will be treated to up-close encounters with a variety of raptors, including the Yellow Headed Vulture, Burrowing Owl, Great Horned Owl, and Harris Hawk, as well as the Barn Owl, Barred Owl, Augar Buzzard and more. In addition, program participants may get the chance to see different bird species each week, ensuring that no two sessions are ever the same.

The program not only focuses on introduction and appreciation but also educates attendees about each bird species’ unique habits and habitats. Participants will discover the methods used in training and caring for these magnificent creatures, whether they are destined for falconry or are being prepared as educational ambassadors. Learn from Master Falconer, Breeder, Educator Deron Meador and his wife and partner Sherry. They love their birds and love to share their stories and their knowledge, and we love partnering with them.

Furthermore, the initiative explores the substantial work done by Adventures with Raptors, whose services include the rescue and transportation of injured raptors to Maryland’s Owl Moon Rehab Center, facilitating genetic support for zoological breeding programs, and providing captive-bred birds for wildlife educators and nature centers. Guests might also witness the presence of young baby birds, depending on the breeding season. Perfect for families, friends, and individuals in search of a unique activity, this experience promises fun, education, and inspiration for bird photography enthusiasts too. With raptors hailing from the United States, Eurasia, and South America, the program offers a global perspective on these perched marvels.

All Earth Eco Tours invites everyone wanting to get away from it all, relax, and enjoy nature therapy to explore this amazing opportunity.
