We are very excited to start working with Chris this summer. What a fantastic addition! Here’s a little bit about him, by him.
“I have spent most of my life enjoying everything about the outdoors, with hunting and fishing being my favorites. Going through the Natural Resources & Wildlife Technology program at Garrett College only fueled the fire for my interests. My love of fungi and plants started in college and grew while working for the local state parks as an outdoor educator. I find that spending time outside allows me to appreciate all the small things life has to offer. I have spent 10 years as an outdoor educator in my free time, teaching classes for several local organizations. I currently work as a Natural Resources Technician III for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. My passion is to inspire others to learn about our natural world and why it is so important to conserve what we have left.”  Chris
