Weather is up and down as usual. However we have moved our tours to our snow and frost pocket near Cranesville. The north slope is really holding snow and we’ll be reporting on how it is surviving. December 31st tour found some deep snow and good conditions. We are pretty confident tours on decent snow can continue for us. When snow is your business you figure out where it lies deep. The conditions around you DO NOT necessarily reflect conditions found on our tours. Swallow Falls has lost its snow in many areas.
