Gourmet Mushroom Cultivation Class

Come and join us on a fun filled afternoon starting your very own gourmet mushroom grow buckets! You will get everything you need to grow you own nutritious gourmet mushrooms at home! While being able to get out in the woods and forage your own wild edible mushrooms is a great hobby, learning to cultivate your very own is another great hobby that is very rewarding!

We will learn about the process of growing our own mushrooms, and then apply this to making a take home kit! You will learn what is needed for nurturing these kits to get to your first harvest of mushrooms for the dinner table! We will be making and growing a species of oyster mushroom known for their nutritional value and excellent flavor!
