You are guaranteed to build a sweat going up and guaranteed to
be awed by the view at the top. This is an excellent trip for
folks looking for a challenging hike that is similar to hiking
in the big mountains of New England or the Smokies. The view from atop the rock
cliffs at the top of the mountain stretches for miles and miles, and is an apt reward for your effort.
We normally have a picnic at the top. Adventurous families with a gung-ho attitude have made it
and it is a great family team building activity.
How often do you get to climb a mountain? In some cultures it is a right of passage and a sacred journey. Don't miss this opportunity for a beautiful hike that is done ...'because it's there'.
