Just Received~~~~~Memorial Day Weekend 2009
Hi Crede and the great folks at Earth Eco Tours!!! I found your website couple years ago looking for a kayaking tour and finally had the opportunity to make it happen. I brought my fiance up for a weekend camping trip and we had greatest four hour tour imaginable!! Crede, you made the tour so relaxing and fun with your wit and great stories. You made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. I'll send the pics that we took soon. We will come back and bring friends! Thanks for the great private tour!! Peace, Tom Yamada

Great Trip!
All Earth Tours- Thank you for a great kayaking adventure last week. Our group of 8 had a blast and really enjoyed the day. After a busy week including hiking, white water rafting, fishing, waterfalls and pontoon boats, the majority of the group picked the kayak trip as the highlight of the vacation. We are looking forward to visiting again. -Tom G

Dear Crede & Sean,
We just wanted to say "Thank You" for making our first Kayak experience enjoyable. With your instruction you made learning fun even for our teenage sons who had a great time and totally got into the sport. What a great family time! The Savage Reservoir is so peaceful we got lost in its beauty.
Thanks again for the total experience and great memories. Doug, Jeanette, Doug Jr. and Jon

Hi Crede,
We had a terrific time this past Saturday.
We've already told lots of our friends about the tour on Savage River Reservoir. I have no doubt that we'll be back (bringing some of them with us) sometime soon.

Dear All Earth;
It was a wonderful day. It is always nice to do things with people that enjoy the outdoors. Crede is a great person to show people what Garrett County has to offer. We will have to try to get together again. Keep enjoying the great outdoors and have a great winter.

Hi folks,
We wanted to thank you all. It was fun being out on the lake with you guys. What a great trip; what a great group! I will let you know when my wife and I are in the area again for some more outdoor activities. Maybe we can again enjoy nature together as a group. Would definitely be fun.

Crede and Carol..
Just wanted to let you know that you are now an official part of our
yearly family vacation at Deep Creek!. This year was our second occasion
to participate in the Bonfire Extravaganza....and also our second
Kayaking trip with you.......simply awesome. Your knowledge of the
region, wildlife, and special attention to our group of all ages (seven
years to well over 50 years) was appreciated.
You are a Garrett County Treasure!

I just wanted to write in to say that I went on a kayak trip this
summer.
I was visiting the area from Montana, and while in Deep Creek decided
to
sign up for the kayak trip that Camp Earth offers. It was super!!
Not only
was it well organized, but the tour guide was very personable and
helpful
- he helped turn my first-time kayak experience into something I
will
repeat in the future!
Sincerely,

Camp Earth-
Wow, talk about peace and quiet!! Our Kayak trip to
the savage River
Reservoir was just the ticket to relax and enjoy the true beauty of
Western Maryland. In stark contrast to Deep Creek Lake the Savage
Reservoir has solitude and unspoiled beauty around every turn. As
my
wife thoroughly enjoyed saving drowning cicadas, we both marveled
at the
Bald Eagle escort. Watching this magnificent bird fish for his lunch
gives you a sense of awe. We have travel to many of the National Parks.
(Yellowstone, GSM) always unsuccessfully searching for a bear sighting,
on the road leaving the reservoir (Dry Lick Run) a Mother and two
cubs
crossed the road in front of us. This capped of an exceptional day!!
Thank You
Camp Earth

6/12/04 Dear Creed,
Thanks again for taking us on a tour around the Savage River Reservoir.
I had a great time.

Creed,
I've been talking about our trip since we got back. Clint and I had
the best time. I can't stop smiling when I remember that day. The
cold didn't even bother me. You went above and beyond to keep Clint
and I dry. Thanks a million.
Don't forget to send us an e-mail when you are ready to sell the kayaks.
We may buy two.
Thanks again.

Crede,
Donna and I want to thank you for the two wonderful
kayak adventures in
August 2003. You are truly a consummate professional. The trips were
well organized and a complete joy. Your patience with new inexperienced
paddlers was endless. As both Donna and I are mobility challenged,
your
caring experienced attention to our special needs made the trips the
highlight of our week at Deep Creek Lake.We both feel your kayak excursions
are a
tremendous vehicle for handicapped persons to experience the peace
and
joy of kayaking in a pristine setting.
Thanks

Hi
Crede - We had a fabulous time with you on Tuesday. Sorry we didn't
make the campfire but we were whipped by then and came back home.
I am very grateful
to you that thanks to our trip, Cole is loving boating. I thought
after our rafting trip, he would never want to boat again. Thanks.
Take care -

What a trip!

Hello -
I'm not sure that I took the time to send you my thanks to you,
but wanted
to do so before it slipped my mind again. Maybe now more than ever
I wanted
to send this - to try and remember the peace I found while I was
there.
Especially in light of all the chaos around us these past few days.
It
really does make you stop and think.
I was in Deep Creek on vacation with my family the 3rd week of
August. I
attended the bonfire which was really a wonderful experience. It
was a nice
way for me to spend the 1st evening of my vacation. My mom had been
to
orientation and picked up your info from Crede. She knew it would
be
something that would interest me. And it did! What a wonderful,
enriching
and soul centering experience. I had fun, learned something and
really
enjoyed sitting out in the woods by the blazing fire.
On Friday I decided to try the kayak trip. I had kayaked once before
in key
west, but apparently I remembered nothing! Crede was so patient
and
encouraging. Fortunately there were only 2 other people (a great
couple)
out on the trip that day - plus Sean(?) - a really great kid who
added so
much to the adventure. He was smart and helpful and talked about
things
well beyond his years. He should have my thanks as well - please
pass it
on. In any case, we had the place to ourselves. The water was like
glass
and everyone kind of did their own thing and enjoyed themselves.
The hike
was amazing, and I must admit - I was pretty proud of myself for
getting up
that mountain!
I just wanted to make sure that you know how nice and comforting
it is that
there are people out there doing what you are doing at camp earth.
I
couldn't stop talking about my kayak trip when I returned, and the
hike
inspired me to go to new germany state park that Sunday and do 4
more miles!
Since then I have been working away here at my computer. I have
saved a
photo from your website as my desktop wallpaper, and whenever it's
a hard
day I find myself looking at that photo and I am out on the water
paddling,
trying to stay straight!
Thank you so much for an experience that has touched me! You never
know
what you'll find along life's way, but I am certainly glad I found
camp
earth. I am passing your info on to anyone who will listen! I hope
they do
and have an experience like mine.
I hope the summer has treated you well. As we head to fall, I pray
that you
enjoy many glorious and colorful days in the mountains.
Thanks again - take care. May each day you live be filled with
peace, love and kindness.....all the
best,
kelly :)
