Reservation Policy: All tours are booked by advance reservation. A credit card is used to hold your reservation. Payment can be made by check, cash or credit card. We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. You may be able to squeeze onto a trip at the last minute BUT you need to call us no later than 7:45AM the day of the trip. Large Group Reservations Require Full Payment and Confirmed Numbers Prior to Trip Cancellation Policy: 24 hour advance notice required for ANY cancellations. If you book for 6 and show up with 5 you are billed for the 6th person. Please call us 24 hours ahead of time. We schedule adequate guides, haul boats, pack a lunch, and in some cases turn others away on fully booked trips. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Important Weather Note- Trips Run Rain or Shine You are expected to show up at the Dry Run put-in regardless of the weather. Scattered thunderstorms can pretty much be the weather pattern all summer. Guide carries a rain tarp to cover lunch and a little rain is always refreshing. This is a water sport, if you don't want to get wet, try bowling. No just kidding, we have tons of fun on rainy days too. The weather at the Lake is not a good indicator of the weather at the reservoir since the reservoir is 700 feet below Deep Creek Lake in elevation and at times DCL is in the clouds and rainy and the reservoir is below the clouds and just overcast.
